Unicef.es online shop

As a functional analyst and UX designer, I had the pleasure of working with an e-commerce platform for UNICEF Spain.

This project provided me with the opportunity to create user stories, work on the user journey, and design templates for different pages. In this post, I’ll provide a brief overview of my experience and the impact of my contributions to the project.

During the initial stages of the project, I worked closely with the development team to identify the needs and requirements of UNICEF Spain’s e-commerce platform. Together, we created a comprehensive set of user stories that captured the goals and expectations of UNICEF Spain’s customers. This process helped us understand the user’s needs and enabled us to create an intuitive and engaging user journey that meets their expectations.

Final prototypes

Next, I began working on the user journey and created a set of templates for different pages of the website. These templates provided a consistent user experience throughout the platform while allowing for customization based on the content of each page. I focused on designing templates that were visually appealing, easy to navigate, and optimized for user engagement.

To ensure that the templates were user-friendly, I conducted extensive research and analysis of the best practices in UX design for e-commerce platforms. I then incorporated these practices into the templates to create an enjoyable and efficient user experience for UNICEF Spain’s customers.

Final prototypes

Throughout the project, I collaborated with various stakeholders to ensure that the final product met the needs of UNICEF Spain’s customers. I worked with the development team to ensure that the templates were easy to implement and optimized for performance, and I provided support to the marketing team to ensure that the templates were visually appealing and engaging.

In the end, the templates I designed and created contributed to the success of UNICEF Spain’s e-commerce platform. They provided a consistent user experience throughout the platform, helped to increase customer engagement, and ultimately helped UNICEF Spain raise funds for their charitable causes.

My experience working on UNICEF Spain’s e-commerce platform as a functional analyst and UX designer was a challenging yet rewarding experience. It allowed me to combine my skills in UX design and functional analysis to create a product that met the needs of the client and their customers.
