Think Big, a mobile app for Telefónica

I had the opportunity to work on an exciting project with Telefonica that aimed to encourage young people to start their own businesses.

The project involved creating a web and mobile app platform that would provide resources and support to young entrepreneurs.

To begin the project, I conducted interviews with stakeholders and ran different workshops for ideation. This allowed me to understand the goals and requirements of the project, as well as the needs and expectations of the target audience. I used this information to create mockups and prototypes, which I then demoed with the main stakeholders in the client’s location.

Next, I focused on designing the information architecture and the templates for the web and mobile app versions of the platform. I used a user-centered approach that focused on the needs and behaviors of the young entrepreneurs, ensuring that the platform was easy to use and navigate. I also played with gamification concepts to make the experience more engaging and fun.

Final prototypes

Throughout the project, I worked closely with the development team to ensure that the design was implemented correctly and that the platform was optimized for performance. I also conducted user testing to gather feedback and make adjustments to the design as needed.

As a result of my contributions, the web and mobile app platform was a total success with both the users and the customer. The young entrepreneurs were able to access resources and support that helped them start and grow their businesses, and the customer was pleased with the outcome of the project.

Overall, my experience as a UX Design lead for the youth entrepreneurship program from Telefonica was both challenging and rewarding. It allowed me to apply my skills in user research, ideation, information architecture, and user interface design, and to work collaboratively with a development team to create a successful product.
