Real Estate CRM Tenant App
As a UX designer, I played a key role in designing and optimizing a CRM tenant application.
My responsibilities included designing the user experience, participating in the development and optimization of processes, improving the relationship with the development team and product owners, establishing communication channels with customers to listen to their feedback, and including it in the design proposals.
To ensure the success of the project, I followed a user-centered design approach. I began by creating user stories that followed the user journey. This allowed me to understand the needs of the users and design a solution that met their needs.
Using the user stories, I created interactive prototypes that matched the user journey. This allowed me to test the design and gather feedback from users early in the design process. I made sure to incorporate feedback into the design proposals, ensuring that the final product was user-friendly and met the needs of the users.
In addition to designing the user experience, I also worked closely with the development team and product owners to optimize processes and improve communication. I established communication channels with customers to listen to their feedback and included it in the design proposals.
To ensure consistency across the application, I used components from the design system. This allowed me to create a cohesive and consistent design, which improved the usability and overall user experience of the CRM tenant application.
As a result of my contributions, the CRM tenant application was a success. Customers were able to use the application with ease and efficiency, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and increased sales. The development team was able to work more efficiently due to the optimized processes, and the product owners were able to make informed decisions based on user feedback.
