Real Estate CRM Tenant App

As a UX designer, I played an integral part in the global development of the Real Estate CRM Tenant App, a SaaS solution designed for the real estate market across several countries including Germany, France, the Netherlands, and the UK. Below is an overview of my contributions:

  • User Experience Design: Focused on crafting a seamless and efficient interface that caters to diverse international users.
  • Interactive Prototypes: Developed using Figma to validate designs through extensive user testing across multiple countries.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborated with international teams of developers and product owners to refine workflows.
  • Customer Feedback Integration: Established communication channels with users from different regions to gather and implement their insights effectively.
  • Tool Utilization: I collaborated on the design and maintenance of a comprehensive design system that was applied across our digital catalog of products. The design system ensured consistency throughout the application, significantly enhancing global usability.

Design and Development

My role involved designing the user interface and participating in the optimization of processes, enhancing collaboration across international teams and improving the product’s quality. I worked closely with developers and product owners from various countries to integrate efficient practices.
